Gentle Sleep Coaching
Taking my years of experience with infant sleep, I’ve developed a gentle sleep coaching method that will help your baby get to sleep and stay asleep. This method is for families looking to gain more knowledge about age-appropriate sleep patterns, how to help their little one sleep longer, and overall have better sleep for the entire family.
No need to “cry it out” or leave your baby to “figure it out”. My approach is simple, gentle (for everyone), and effective. We’ll lay the foundation and nurture it with techniques that work (and with minimal tears!).
