As your Labor Doula, I hold space and give support in any way you need to empower you to birth your way. I always give unbiased, evidence-based information to help you make informed decisions about your labor and birth. I’ve been specially trained in a variety of labor comfort measures and different birthing positions to help you have the most efficient and comfortable birth as possible. For my HypnoBirthing® clients, I’m able to create and manage the relaxing environment needed to birth peacefully. I provide physical, emotional, and mental support throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Birth Packages

Basic Birth Package

Hiring me as your birth doula means having a steady, supportive presence by your side throughout your pregnancy and birth. With a calm, experienced guide in the room, you will feel empowered, supported, and heard…no matter how your birth unfolds.

Prenatal Support:

  • Monthly check-ins via Zoom or phone call (30 mins each)
  • 2 Prenatal Visits in your home to go over birth plans, partner prep, and comfort measures (2 hours each)
  • Backup Doula meet and greet Zoom call (15 mins)

Birth Support:

  • 24/7 On Call Period starting at 38 weeks
  • Virtual Support throughout Early Labor
  • In-Person Support at your home, birthing center, and/or hospital from the onset of Active Labor (or once you request my presence) through Birth
  • Available Backup Doula to support you if I’m away at anytime during your labor & birth

Postpartum Support:

  • Immediate Postpartum Support in the first 1-2 hours of your baby’s life to help establish breastfeeding
  • 1 Postpartum Visit in your home within the first 2 weeks after birth (2 hours)

Bonuses:

  • Access to my Client Portal with evidence-based resources and handouts
  • Access to my Lending Library – feel free to check out as many books as you would like
  • Text and email support up to 6 weeks postpartum

Deluxe Birth Package

For those seeking deeper, more personalized support, the Deluxe Package offers extended care before and after birth giving you space to ask questions, process emotions, and feel truly seen and supported throughout your journey. This option is ideal if you’re navigating a high-risk pregnancy, feeling anxious about birth, or simply know you’ll benefit from extra guidance and reassurance.

Includes everything in Basic PLUS:

  • Weekly Check-Ins via text message
  • 1 Extra Prenatal Visit in your home (2 hours)
  • Education Class– Choose one:
    • Private Childbirth Class
    • Group Childbirth Class and a Private Infant Care Class
  • 1 Extra Postpartum Visit in your home (2 hours)
  • Unlimited text, phone, and email support up to 12 weeks postpartum
